HK/SG Benefit Cards
Applicable regions: HK / SG · Nature: a time-limited higher-tier trial card (a service usage benefit—not a cash rebate, not a securities reward) Specific eligibility conditions, tiers, and validity periods are governed by the in-product Benefit Center display and the corresponding campaign terms.
What Is a Benefit Card
A benefit card is a time-limited card for experiencing a higher plan tier: once activated, for its validity period you enjoy that tier's feature benefits and usage quota (e.g. a Pro trial card → Pro-tier features and quota).
Three core principles:
| Principle | Description |
|---|---|
| Does not change your subscription | A benefit card creates no subscription and attaches no payment conditions, nor does it affect renewals or charges on your existing subscription. It falls back automatically at expiry and will not auto-renew (benefit card ≠ free trial) |
| Changes the plan benefits you enjoy | During the validity period, feature permissions follow the higher of your current subscription tier and the card tier—Skill count limits, knowledge base capacity, third-party MCP, etc. are all judged at the higher tier |
| Usage stacks | Paid users: remaining weekly quota + the card tier's weekly quota; Starter users: quota allocated directly at the card tier |
How to Get One and How to Activate It
How to get one: benefit cards are not publicly sold and cannot be purchased. They are issued through the following channels—
- Campaign milestones: issued automatically when you participate in a platform campaign and meet its conditions
- Task rewards: issued after completing tasks in the Task Center
- Targeted platform grants: operations issues cards to specific users (you may be notified via email, community channels, or App notifications)
Issued ≠ active: after issuance, the card first goes into the Benefit Center (status: unused). You must actively click "Use Now" to activate it:
Receive a benefit card → open the Usage page and see the "You have 1 unused benefit card" prompt
→ click through to the Benefit Center → click "Use Now" → the benefit activates and takes effect immediately- The Benefit Center is an in-App feature; Web users should activate in the App
- Validity is counted in days (e.g. 7 / 30 / 90 days), starting from activation
- A card you never activate expires automatically after the unused-expiry window (180 days by default; the terms prevail)
Usage Rules
| # | Rule | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Card tier must be ≥ your current tier | A card below your current subscription tier cannot be used (clicking "Use Now" will show a prompt); a same-tier card works and purely stacks usage |
| 2 | Only one card active at a time | While a card is active, a new card cannot be used—wait for the current card to expire (queued auto-activation is not supported) |
| 3 | Your subscription is unaffected during the period | The original subscription renews normally; if you upgrade your subscription during the period, the card stays active, usage keeps stacking, and features are judged at the higher of the two tiers |
| 4 | Unsubscribing during the period doesn't affect the card either | The card stays active until it expires; after expiry, you fall back to Starter |
| 5 | Fallback at expiry | Features fall back to your original plan tier; the card's remaining usage is reclaimed outright; content created over the limit (e.g. Skills) is not deleted, but no more can be added |
| 6 | Non-redeemable, non-transferable | Benefit cards are service usage benefits; the platform reserves the right of interpretation for campaigns (the terms prevail) |
Where to Check
- Usage page: a benefit card status card at the top—trial tier + remaining days + the stacked weekly available quota; an entry prompt is shown when you have unused cards
- Plan page: shows the current trial tier, remaining days, and your original subscription status
- Benefit Center: view all benefit cards and their status (unused / in use / used / expired)
FAQ Quick Reference
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| I got a Pro trial card—can I use Pro features? | Yes. During the validity period your feature permissions rise to the Pro tier (Skill limits, knowledge base capacity, etc. are judged at Pro) |
| I already subscribe to Pro—is a Pro card useful? | Yes. Activating a same-tier card stacks usage (remaining weekly quota + the card's weekly quota); your subscription is unchanged |
| I subscribe to Premium and received a Pro card? | It cannot be used—a card below your current plan tier does not take effect |
| Will a benefit card auto-renew or create a subscription? | No. Benefit cards are pure giveaways with no subscription and no payment conditions |
| What if there's unused quota on the card at expiry? | It is reclaimed outright and your original plan quota resumes; features fall back at the same time |
| What if I never use a card I received? | It expires automatically after the unused-expiry window (180 days by default) |
| How do I get a benefit card? | Watch platform campaigns and the Task Center, or wait for a targeted platform grant; purchase is not supported |
