It also provides other services, including Yelp Inc Reservations, which provides online reservations for restaurants, nightlife, and other venues directly from Yelp Inc business listing pages, Yelp Inc Waitlist, a subscription-based waitlist management solution that allows consumers to remotely view wait time and add themselves to waitlists, and lets businesses manage seats and server rotations; Yelp Inc Knowledge Plan, providing local analysis and insights to business owners by accessing its historical data and other proprietary content; and Yelp Inc Fusion, providing free and paid access to its content as well as allowing third-party data providers to update and manage business listing information on behalf of businesses. The company offers its products directly through its sales force, indirectly through partners, and online through its website, as well as through non-advertising partnerships. It has formed a strategic partnership with GrubHub to offer ordering and delivery services for consumers. The company was founded by Jeremy Stoppelman and Russel Simmons in July 2004 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
