Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance was founded on March 29, 2012 in collaboration between the People's Bank of China and Tsinghua University. It was built on the basis of the graduate school of the People's Bank of China, and is the 17th school of Tsinghua University. The school's mission is to cultivate financial leaders, lead financial practices, contribute to national rejuvenation, and promote global harmony. Following the most advanced international finance and business education models, the school is committed to building a leading domestic and world-class education platform for finance, as well as finance academic and policy research platforms.
