## Description

NVIDIA is a company that designs and manufactures computer graphics processors, chipsets, and related multimedia software. It operates through the following segments: Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), Tegra Processors, and All Others. The GPU segment comprises product brands targeted at gamers, designers, AI data scientists and big data researchers with GeForce, Quadro, Tesla, and DGX, and GRID, which is targeted at cloud-based visual computing users. The Tegra processor segment integrates entire computers onto a single chip, with a GPU and multi-core CPU to power supercomputing for automatic robots, drones, cars, as well as gaming and entertainment devices. All Other segment refers to stock-based compensation expenses, company infrastructure and support costs, acquisition-related costs, legal settlement costs, and other non-recurring expenses. The company was founded by Jen-Hsun Huang, Chris A. Malachowsky, and Curtis R. Priem in January 1993 and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California.
