# VIRTUAL MIND 与 TENCENT 达成了一项《王者荣耀》周边衍生产品制作和销售授权合同。

> Zhitong App News, Tianji Holdings has announced that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries has entered into a production and sales authorization contract with a subsidiary of Tencent. The contract grants the group non-exclusive rights to produce and sell "King of Glory" branded merchandise, specifically water bottles, in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). The authorization period is fifteen months, ending on January 31, 2025.

Zhitong App News, VIRTUAL MIND (01520) has announced that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries has entered into a production and sales authorization agreement with a subsidiary of TENCENT. The agreement grants the Group non-exclusive rights to produce and sell "King of Glory" branded merchandise, specifically water bottles, in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) for a period of fifteen months, until January 31, 2025.
