# TUHU-W has granted a total of 5.6594 million share purchase rights and a total of 3.2969 million restricted share units.

> Zhitong App News, TUHU-W announced that on December 1, 2023, under the initial public offering of shares plan, several employee participants were granted a total of 5.6594 million subscription rights to subscribe for a total of 5.6594 million shares of Class A shares, as well as a total of 3.2969 million restricted share units (equivalent to 3.2969 million shares of Class A shares).
