# US Stock Options | Tesla's trading volume doubles to 4.68 million contracts! NVIDIA falls, BABA-SWR cut in half

Overnight, Tesla fell sharply, while other tech stocks such as NVIDIA and Microsoft rose, and Chinese concept stocks retreated.

### Overview of US Stock Options Trading

The top ten US stock options trading on the day: Tesla, NVIDIA, AMD, Apple, Intel, Paypal, Amazon, Alphabet-C, Boeing, American Airlines.

Among them:

Tesla fell 12%, with options trading surging to 4.68 million contracts, with a call option ratio of 53%. The most active contract overnight was the put option with an expiration date of January 26th and a strike price of $180, with a trading volume of 200,000 contracts; the call option with a strike price of $190 also traded over 180,000 contracts.

NVIDIA slightly rose, with options trading falling to 1.45 million contracts, with a call option ratio of 58%. The call option with a strike price of $625 traded over 90,000 contracts.

AMD rose over 1%, with options trading falling to 1.43 million contracts, with a call option ratio of 63%. The call option with a strike price of $185 traded over 150,000 contracts.

Apple slightly fell, with options trading rising to nearly 780,000 contracts, with a call option ratio of 57%. The call option with a strike price of $195 traded nearly 90,000 contracts.

Intel rose nearly 1%, with options trading surging to 670,000 contracts, with a call option ratio of 68%.

Paypal fell nearly 4%, with options trading surging to 660,000 contracts, with a call option ratio of 75%.

Amazon rose 0.56%, with options trading at 580,000 contracts, with a call option ratio of 64%.

Alphabet-C, Boeing, and American Airlines all had options trading volume exceeding 400,000 contracts. Amazon and American Airlines were dominated by call options, while Boeing was dominated by put options.

Netflix rose over 3%, with options trading falling to 330,000 contracts, with a call option ratio of 62.6%.

Alibaba fell nearly 2%, with options trading halving to 220,000 contracts, with a call option ratio of 72%.

NIO fell 0.5%, with options trading at 200,000 contracts, with a call option ratio of 70%.
