# STREAM IDEAS has appointed Zhongzhu Global as its new auditor.

> STREAM IDEAS has appointed Zhongzhu Global as its new auditor, filling the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG.

Zhitong App News: STREAM IDEAS (08401) announced that due to the failure to reach an agreement with KPMG on the audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2024, KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from February 16, 2024.

Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed BDO Limited as the new auditor of the company, effective from February 16, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy caused by the resignation of KPMG, with a term until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
