# The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has once again postponed its decision on the review of BlackRock.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has further delayed the decision on BlackRock's application to issue an Ethereum spot ETF. As a result, Ethereum has surged by 4.7% to $3,654.

BlackRock submitted the ETF application in November last year. If approved, the ETF will be listed on Nasdaq.
