# Suzhou Tianmai has submitted its IPO registration, boasting a large number of leading enterprise clients such as Huawei and Samsung Electronics.

According to financial data, the company's operating income and net profit have shown a year-on-year growth trend.

Zhitong App learned that on March 12, Suzhou Tianmai Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Suzhou Tianmai) applied for the IPO review status of the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to be changed to "registration submitted." Guotou Securities is its sponsor institution, aiming to raise 394.91 million yuan.

According to the prospectus, since its establishment, Suzhou Tianmai has always focused on the research and application of thermal management products, striving to become a leading provider of overall heat management solutions in the industry. Its main products include heat pipes, thermal plates, thermal interface materials, graphite films, etc., widely used in consumer electronics such as smartphones, laptops, as well as in fields like security monitoring devices, automotive electronics, and communication equipment.

As one of the few high-tech enterprises in the industry with mass production capabilities for both mid-to-high-end thermal materials and high-performance thermal components like heat pipes and thermal plates, Suzhou Tianmai ranks high in the industry in terms of R&D capabilities, process level, product performance, and market share. It has established a strong brand influence and reputation in the field of thermal management.

After years of accumulation in the heat dissipation field, the company has a large number of leading enterprise customers in downstream industries, including Samsung Electronics, Huawei, Honor, OPPO, vivo, Motorola, Hikvision, Dahua, CATL, Foxconn, Xgimi Technology, and others.

Currently, Suzhou Tianmai can mass-produce heat pipes and thermal plates with a minimum thickness of 0.3mm and 0.22mm respectively, with a heat transfer capacity of over 5W each. All internal core capillary structures are independently produced, and the process technology is at a relatively high level in the industry.

Financially, in 2020, 2021, the first half of 2022, and the first half of 2023, Suzhou Tianmai achieved operating revenues of approximately 406 million yuan, 708 million yuan, 841 million yuan, and 451 million yuan respectively. During the same period, the company achieved net profits of 53.0021 million yuan, 64.5353 million yuan, 117 million yuan, and 65.9249 million yuan respectively.
