# US Stock Options | Tesla's trading volume soared, put options went crazy! NVIDIA, Apple, BABA-SWR are hot.

Overnight, Chinese concept stocks outperformed the US market again, with gains in cryptocurrency-related stocks while the S&P and Nasdaq fell.

### Overview of US Stock Options Trading

Top ten US stock options trading overnight: Tesla, NVIDIA, Apple, AMD, Walmart, Amazon, Soundhound, Meta, Palantir, Microsoft.

Among them:

Tesla fell over 4%, with options trading surging to 2.95 million contracts, with 62% being put options. Put options with a strike price of $170 expiring on March 15 traded over 230,000 contracts, while put options with a strike price of $220 traded over 150,000 contracts. Call options with a strike price of $175 and put options with a strike price of $230 both traded over 120,000 contracts.

NVIDIA dropped over 1%, with options trading slightly decreasing to 1.45 million contracts, with 63% being call options. Call options with a strike price of $900 traded over 80,000 contracts.

Apple fell over 1%, with options trading decreasing to 1.19 million contracts, with 58.8% being put options. Put options with a strike price of $190 traded over 160,000 contracts, while put options with a strike price of $185 traded over 100,000 contracts.

AMD fell by 4%, with options trading 690,000 contracts, with 58.5% being call options.

Walmart slightly declined, with options trading surging to 445,000 contracts, with 94% being call options. Call options with a strike price of $58.33 traded over 90,000 contracts, while call options with a strike price of $56.67 traded 60,000 contracts.

Amazon edged up, with options trading nearly 400,000 contracts, with 66.6% being call options.

"Soundhound," a concept stock related to NVIDIA, surged by 25%, with options trading surging to 390,000 contracts, with 80% being call options.

Meta, Palantir, and Microsoft all had options trading exceeding 300,000 contracts, with call options dominating.

Boeing fell by 1%, with options trading decreasing to 280,000 contracts, with 72.5% being put options.

Alibaba edged up, with options trading surging to 240,000 contracts, with 54% being call options.
