# Dark pool | LianLian Digital once fell more than 5%

LianLian Digital will officially debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange tomorrow.

On Wednesday, March 27th, according to the grey market data, the stock opened high by over 3%, then dropped by more than 5% at one point, and now the decline has narrowed to around 2.35%.

In this IPO, LianLian Digital issued 55.92 million shares, including 5.592 million shares for public offering in Hong Kong and 50.328 million shares for international offering. The issue price range is between HKD 10.21 and HKD 10.95 per share, with a board lot of 500 shares.
