The company's stock code remains "1010"

According to the news from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Balk 1798 Group (01010) announced that following the approval of a special resolution at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on January 11, 2024, to change the company name, the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda has issued a certificate of name change and a second name certificate. This confirms that the company's English name has been changed from "Balk 1798 Group Limited" to "Sky Blue 11 Company Limited", and the company's Chinese second name has been changed from "巴克 1798 集团有限公司" to "天玺曜 11 有限公司". Both changes will be effective from January 17, 2024.

The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of a non-Hong Kong company name change on February 21, 2024, confirming that the company's new English name "Sky Blue 11 Company Limited" and new Chinese name "天玺曜 11 有限公司" have been registered in accordance with Section 16 of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong.

After the name change, starting from 9:00 am on April 5, 2024, in terms of trading the company's shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, the English stock short name of the company will be changed from "BALK 1798 GP" to "SKY BLUE 11", and the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "巴克 1798 集团" to "天玺曜 11". The stock code of the company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will remain unchanged as "1010"
