# Nuohui Health: Liu Yiji appointed as an independent non-executive director

> Liu Yiji and Wu Yongqian have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of Nuohui Health, effective from April 8, 2024. The Board of Directors has established a special independent committee, composed of Yu Danke, Wu Hong, Li Guodong, Liu Yiji, and Wu Yongqian, with Liu Yiji serving as the chairman. The main responsibilities of the special independent committee include reviewing, improving, and determining the scope of investigations, undertaking and supervising the investigations, retaining independent third-party professional institutions to assist in the investigations, reporting the investigation results to the Board of Directors, and making appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors

According to the news from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Nuohui Health (06606) announced that Liu Yiji and Wu Yongqian have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective from April 8, 2024.

The board has decided to establish an Independent Special Committee, composed of Yu Danke, Wu Hong, Li Guodong, Liu Yiji, and Wu Yongqian, with Liu Yiji serving as the chairman. The main responsibilities of the Independent Special Committee include (i) reviewing, improving, and determining the scope of the investigation; (ii) undertaking and supervising the investigation; (iii) retaining independent third-party professional institutions to assist in the investigation when deemed reasonably necessary or appropriate; (iv) reporting the investigation results to the board; and (v) making recommendations to the board on appropriate actions to be taken (if any)
