# Fed Beige Book: Overall economic activity has expanded slightly since late February

Of the 12 Federal Reserve districts, 10 reported a slight increase in economic growth, while the other two stated that the economic conditions remained unchanged. Overall employment saw a slight growth, with nine districts reporting "very slow to modest" growth in employment levels, while the remaining three reported no change. Price inflation remained stable overall, with no significant changes compared to the previous reporting period. Price sensitivity among American consumers remains high
