# China Petroleum Corporation elected Fang Qing and Wang Bin as employee representative supervisors

> China Petroleum Corporation announced that Liao Guoqin and Fu Bin resigned from their positions as employee representative supervisors due to job changes, while Fang Qing and Wang Bin were elected as the new employee representative supervisors

According to the announcement from China Petroleum Corporation (00857) on the Zhitong Finance APP, due to job changes, Liao Guoqin and Fu Bin have submitted their resignations to the company, resigning from the position of employee representative supervisor with immediate effect.

In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Articles of Association of China Petroleum & Natural Gas Corporation Limited", Fang Qing and Wang Binquan have been democratically elected as employee representative supervisors, and their term of office will take effect immediately until the expiration of the ninth term of the Board of Supervisors. Fang Qing and Wang Binquan will not receive any remuneration from the company for serving as employee representative supervisors
