According to the news from the Wise Finance APP, OSL Group (00863) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary with a license issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and digital asset trading platform OSL Digital Securities Limited has strengthened cooperation with Huaying Securities to advance the physical subscription and redemption process of the first spot virtual asset exchange-traded fund (ETF) in Hong Kong, preparing for the launch of ETF products.

OSL and Huaying Securities play important roles in promoting the physical subscription and redemption of spot cryptocurrency ETFs, ensuring that investors can directly use underlying physical digital assets to subscribe to and redeem ETF product shares, significantly improving the liquidity of digital assets and enabling more investors to easily enter the digital asset market.
