# CIMC Raffles: Grantees accepted all 39.5 million options granted in accordance with the terms of the option plan

According to the announcement from CIMC Raffles (03899) on the Zhitong Finance APP, as of the date of this announcement, the grantee has accepted all 39.5 million options granted in accordance with the terms of the stock option plan. The options granted under the stock option plan are one of the equity incentive arrangements for the Group's directors and employees in 2023, which will be fully implemented after the grantee accepts all the options
