# China Mobile has built the largest single intelligent computing center for operators

> China Mobile has built the largest single intelligent computing center among operators, filling the huge gap in China's artificial intelligence application computing power. It provides a solid foundation and strong engine for the innovation and development of artificial intelligence, and has been selected as one of the "Top 10 Super Projects of Central Enterprises in 2023". The center has deployed approximately 20,000 AI accelerator cards, with a domestication rate of AI chips exceeding 85%, and an intelligent computing power scale of up to 6.7 EFLOPS. China Mobile's Intelligent Computing Center (Hohhot) focuses on a new information service system of "connectivity + computing power + capabilities", using advanced computing, storage, and network architecture to support the interconnection and parallel training of tens of thousands of AI accelerator cards. China Mobile is committed to promoting the development of computing power networks, accelerating the construction of intelligent computing information infrastructure, and building a full-stack intelligent computing product system to provide users with one-stop intelligent computing services

According to the VITIM app, on April 28th, China Mobile (00941) officially announced the operation of the largest single intelligent computing center for operators - China Mobile Intelligent Computing Center (Hohhot), which is currently in operation. This intelligent computing center fills a huge gap in the computing power required for the widespread application of artificial intelligence in China, rapidly empowering large-scale model training in industries such as transportation, healthcare, education, energy, and finance, providing a solid foundation and strong engine for the innovation and development of artificial intelligence, driving the growth of China's artificial intelligence industry.

It is understood that the intelligent computing center project was selected as one of the "Top Ten Super Projects of Central Enterprises in 2023", deploying approximately 20,000 AI accelerator cards, with a domestication rate of AI chips exceeding 85%, and an intelligent computing power scale of up to 6.7EFLOPS (670 billion billion floating-point operations per second).

In recent years, China Mobile has been committed to promoting the development of computing power networks, integrating intelligent computing construction into the "4+N+31+X" computing power network system, actively deploying intelligent computing capabilities. Following the principles of "centralized training, distributed reasoning, unified control, elastic scheduling, independent controllability, green and low-carbon", it has overall planned the layout of "N+X" intelligent computing centers with leading technology, green energy efficiency, and comprehensive service, accelerating the construction of intelligent computing information infrastructure and building a full-stack intelligent computing product system.

China Mobile Intelligent Computing Center (Hohhot) focuses on a new information service system of "connection + computing power + capabilities", adopting industry-leading computing, storage, and network architecture, introducing GPU blade modules, high-speed lossless networks, cold plate liquid cooling, and other new technologies on a large scale to support the interconnection and parallel training of thousands of AI accelerator cards.
