# Canalys: Apple maintains its leading position in the global device ecosystem market in the first quarter, accounting for 36% of global smart device revenue

According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Canalys stated in a report that Apple (AAPL.US) continues to maintain its leading position in the global device ecosystem market, accounting for 36% of global smart device revenue and 17% of smart device shipments. Huawei's rebound in the domestic market has propelled it to surpass Apple, becoming the largest device ecosystem manufacturer in the Greater China region, with a market share of 18% in the first quarter of 2024. Among the top five manufacturers, Apple continues to hold the top position in attachment rate, with Xiaomi (01810) and Samsung following closely behind.
