# CCT FORTIS: Chen Liyan appointed as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

> According to the announcement from CCT FORTIS on the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Shi Xueling has resigned as the company secretary and the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from June 26, 2024. Following Ms. Shi's resignation as company secretary and authorized representative, Chen Liyan has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative effective from June 26, 2024

According to the news from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, CCT FORTIS (00138) announced that Shi Xueling has resigned as the company's company secretary and the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from June 26, 2024.

Following Ms. Shi's resignation as company secretary and authorized representative, Chen Liyan has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative effective from June 26, 2024
