# GoPro cameras global sales exceed 50 million units

> GoPro announced global sales exceeding 50 million units, with an annual average sales volume of approximately 3.33 million units. The company's full-year revenue in 2023 was $1 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 8%; with a net loss of $53 million, resulting in a loss of $0.35 per share. GoPro announced today that since the launch of the HERO action camera in 2009, global sales of GoPro cameras have exceeded 50 million units.

Based on selling 50 million cameras in 15 years, the average annual sales volume of GoPro cameras is approximately 3.33 million units.

Over the past 15 years, GoPro has released 20 cameras with sales exceeding 1 million units, including various categories such as action cameras and 360-degree cameras.

In 2023, GoPro's full-year revenue was $1 billion (approximately RMB 7.285 billion), a year-on-year decrease of 8%; a net loss of $53 million (approximately RMB 386 million), equivalent to a loss of $0.35 per share. In the same period last year, the net profit was $29 million, equivalent to earnings of $0.18 per share.

GoPro sold 3 million cameras in 2023, a 6% year-on-year increase. Subscription and service revenue amounted to $97 million (approximately RMB 707 million), an 18% year-on-year increase
