On the news front, AVICHINA announced that AVIC Capital's fundraising this time issued a total of 88.2872 million A-shares, and has obtained the "Securities Change Registration Certificate" on July 25, 2024. The subscription price for each share is RMB 33.98. As a result, AVIC Capital's total share capital increased from 732 million shares to 820 million shares, including 5.8858 million A-shares of AVIC Capital subscribed for by the company with RMB 200 million in cash
