# Taiwan Semiconductor CoWoS production bottleneck resolved, capacity expected to increase significantly

In TSMC's expansion plan for 2025-2026, they have successfully overcome key bottlenecks, leading to a significant increase in CoWoS capacity. TSMC has revised its forecasted CoWoS capacity at the end of 2025 from the previous 60,000-62,000 wafers per month to 70,000 wafers per month. The additional capacity will mainly be used to produce CoW-S products to meet the accelerated demand for NVIDIA's B200A production schedule
