# CENTURY LEGEND's subsidiary enters into a new lease agreement with CHN to renew the lease of the property under the existing lease agreement

According to the announcement released by CENTURY LEGEND (00079) on the Zhitong Finance APP, on August 30, 2024, Silver Billion (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) (as a tenant) and CHN (an independent third party) (as the landlord) entered into a new lease agreement for the property under the existing lease agreement, with a lease term from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026 (including the first and last days) for a period of 2 years, for the operation of the group's hotel and hospitality services in Yau Ma Tei.

The property, located at 279, 281, and 283 Shanghai Street, Kowloon (excluding ground floor units 1 and 2), is known to have 22 boutique hotel rooms.

The announcement stated that the leased property is a boutique hotel with 22 rooms located in Yau Ma Tei, near the Western and Chinese cultural centers, making it an excellent choice for travelers interested in street food, convenient public transportation, and shopping. The hotel's convenient location allows guests easy access to the city's must-see attractions. As fashionable, conveniently located, limited-service, and more affordable boutique hotels become increasingly popular, the group's boutique hotel in Yau Ma Tei offers rooms with separate living areas and small kitchens, catering to a niche market segment and providing convenience to a select group of customers.

The terms of the new lease agreement were negotiated fairly, and the rent was determined based on the current market prices of comparable properties near the property and the rent under the existing lease agreement for this property
