# Huawei is being sued for contract disputes, with cases involving Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, and other places this year

The total number of cases is numerous, involving labor, construction projects, and information network sales. Huawei was established in 1987 with a registered capital of approximately RMB 40.84 billion

According to the legal litigation information from Tianyancha, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei") is the defendant in a contract dispute case, and will be heard in the People's Court of Suzhou Industrial Park on September 26, 2024 \[Case No.: (2024) Su 0591 Min Chu 7978\].

According to Tianyancha, Huawei has been involved in multiple cases this year, involving Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, and other places. On September 25th, Huawei was the defendant in a labor dispute case at the Hunnan District People's Court in Shenyang, with case number (2024) Liao 0112 Min Chu 10740. On September 23rd, Huawei was the defendant in a construction project contract dispute case at the Chahaer Right Wing Front Banner People's Court, with case number (2024) Nei 0926 Min Chu 1805. On September 10th, Huawei was the defendant in an information network sales contract dispute case at the Jing'an District People's Court in Shanghai, with case number (2024) Hu 0106 Min Chu 13164.

Public information shows that Huawei was established in 1987, located in Shenzhen, and is a company mainly engaged in the manufacturing of computers, communications, and other electronic devices. The registered capital of the company is RMB 40,841,13.182, the paid-up capital is RMB 40,541,13.18, the legal representative is Zhao Minglu, serving in 8 companies, with Liang Hua as the chairman, serving in 13 companies
