# Jensen Huang sells NVIDIA stocks again, cashing out $633 million in the past three months

According to a document submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang sold nearly 5.3 million shares of the company's common stock in less than three months, worth approximately $633.1 million. Huang initiated a so-called 10b5-1 rule trading plan in March this year, aiming to sell no more than 6 million shares of NVIDIA stock by the end of March 2025. The document shows that Huang started selling NVIDIA shares on June 13, selling 120,000 shares each time, with the most recent transaction taking place on Thursday
