# Chairman Zhu Xiaokun and CEO Zhu Zefeng of TIANGONG INT'L respectively increased their holdings by 500,000 shares, involving HKD 1.6419 million

According to the latest information from the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, on September 5th, Tiangong International (00826) Chairman Zhu Xiaokun, through his company Tiangong Holdings Company Limited, and CEO Zhu Zefeng, through his company Sky Greenfield Investment Limited, each increased their holdings by 500,000 shares. The total amounts were HKD 821,150 and HKD 820,750 respectively. After the increase, Zhu Xiaokun and Zhu Zefeng's latest shareholding amounts are approximately 782 million shares and 683 million shares, with the latest shareholding ratios being 28.68% and 25.04% respectively.
