# The Bloomberg Dollar Index fell 0.1% on the US CPI release day, with the yen's decline narrowing and the pound falling 0.3%

At the New York closing on Wednesday (September 11th), the ICE US Dollar Index rose by 0.05% to 101.725 points. At 13:24 Beijing time, it refreshed the daily low to 101.267 points, and significantly rose and turned positive when the US CPI inflation data was released at 20:30, refreshing the daily high to 101.820 points at 20:49. The Bloomberg Dollar Index fell by 0.11% to 1235.11 points. At 13:24, it refreshed the daily low to 1232.78 points. The decline narrowed significantly when the US CPI data was released, and it spent most of the day in a downward trend
