# Gogoro Inc - Horace Luke Resigned From His Positions As CEO Chairman Of Board And Director

> Gogoro Inc announced the resignation of Horace Luke from his roles as CEO, Chairman of the Board, and Director. Henry Chiang has been appointed as the interim CEO, while Tamon Tseng has been named the new Director and Chairman of the Board. The company identified irregularities in its supply chain, leading to the inadvertent incorporation of some imported components in vehicles. Gogoro is cooperating with local authorities and continuing its internal investigations regarding these issues.
