Under this agreement, United Airlines will offer in-flight connectivity services on all its aircraft in the coming years, with testing set to begin early next year. This is also the largest airborne connectivity agreement for Starlink. Nick Galano, sales and partnership director of Starlink, mentioned at the World Space Business Week conference in Paris, "We now have contracts with around 2,500 aircraft, which is very exciting for us. This will bring continuous growth experience for this startup and resonate with all passengers and airlines worldwide." It is understood that SpaceX has started providing in-flight Wi-Fi services for Hawaiian Airlines (HA.US), Qatar Airways, Zipair Tokyo, airBaltic in Latvia, and the semi-private airline JSX. Galano stated that the Starlink satellite constellation "could be more than 100 times the capacity provided by all traditional systems," with the current capacity exceeding 300 terabits per second. Currently, there are approximately 6,400 Starlink satellites in orbit, connecting over 3 million customers. SpaceX is also not slowing down, launching a new satellite-carrying rocket approximately every three days this year ### Related Stocks - [UAL.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/UAL.US.md) - [TSLA.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/TSLA.US.md) ## Related News & Research - [Colonial River Investments LLC Raises Holdings in Tesla, Inc. $TSLA](https://longbridge.com/en/news/285904893.md) - [Elon Musk's SpaceX Could 'Dwarf' Starlink With Orbital Datacenters, Says Cathie Wood](https://longbridge.com/en/news/285669070.md) - [Battery recycling firm Redwood appoints former Tesla finance head Ahuja as CFO](https://longbridge.com/en/news/285977619.md) - [Ron DeSantis Praises Elon Musk's 'Pro-Human' AI Vision After SpaceX-Anthropic Partnership](https://longbridge.com/en/news/285504742.md) - [Slate Auto Gets One Step Closer To Building Its Affordable EV Truck](https://longbridge.com/en/news/285609077.md)
