# Understanding the Market | Signing a Financing Lease Framework Agreement Involving Up to 300 Million RMB, Kingsoft Cloud and CHINA CINDA Both Hold 5% Stake

According to the latest news from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Kingsoft Cloud's subsidiary Kingsoft Cloud (Qingyang) Data (Lessee) has entered into a financial leasing framework agreement with China Cinda's non-wholly-owned subsidiary Cinda Financial Leasing (Lessor). As of the time of publication, Kingsoft Cloud (03896) rose by 5.47% to HKD 1.35, while China Cinda (01359) rose by 4.76% to HKD 0.66.
