# The probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points in November is 40.8%

According to CME's "Fed Watch" on September 26th, the probability of the Fed cutting 25 basis points by November is 40.8%, while the probability of a 50 basis points cut is 59.2%. The probability of a cumulative 50 basis points cut by December is 19.5%, and a cumulative 75 basis points cut is 49.6%; the probability of a cumulative 100 basis points cut is 30.9%
