# U.S. Stock Market News | EHang Intelligent Technology surged over 5% as EH216-S unmanned eVTOL recently completed its first flight in Brazil

According to Zhitong Finance, on Friday's opening of the US stock market, EHang Intelligent (EH.US) rose by more than 5%, and as of the time of publication, it rose by 5.26% to $15.40, with a trading volume of $21.8221 million.

On the news front, EHang Intelligent recently announced that its unmanned electric vertical take-off and landing ("eVTOL") aircraft EH216-S successfully completed its first flight in Brazil, marking a new milestone. EHang, together with local partner and operator Gohobby Future Technologies ("Gohobby"), completed the first test flight in the city of Quadra in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil, which is of great significance in promoting the development of UAM solutions in Brazil. Brazil is the birthplace of Latin American aviation, with a leading aviation industry and is also one of the world's largest eVTOL markets
