Berkshire Hathaway's subsidiary BNSF Railway Company announced that members of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers' Railway, Mechanical, and Engineering departments voted on Friday local time to approve a five-year agreement with the company. The agreement stipulates that wages will increase by 3.5% annually during the agreement period, while also providing improved medical benefits and more holidays for railway workers in the early stages of their careers
