# British media: Tesla's pickup truck faces obstacles in Europe due to its excessive weight and overly sharp design

The British newspaper "The Daily Telegraph" reported on the 8th that due to the heavy weight and sharp appearance of Tesla's Cybertruck, some civil organizations in the transportation sector in Europe are exerting pressure on regulatory authorities, trying to prevent it from being driven locally. The report mentioned that the "Cybertruck" produced by Tesla has attracted global attention due to its unique appearance. However, as this vehicle enters several European countries including the Czech Republic, some civil organizations have protested to the European Union and local governments, believing that this vehicle has design flaws and is not suitable for driving in Europe. The civil organization "Transport and Environment" mentioned in their protest letter that when fully loaded with 4 passengers, the weight of the "Cybertruck" can reach 3.5-4 tons, almost twice the average weight of a family sedan. Moreover, the sharp edges and corners of this vehicle may pose a danger to pedestrians and nearby vehicles. In addition, the narrow roads in Europe also pose many safety hazards for the operation of the "Cybertruck"
