Morgan Stanley reveals: Blackwell's future one-year supply has been sold out! > Morgan Stanley analysts stated that the demand for NVIDIA's GPU chips continues to rise, expecting the stock price to further increase with a target price of $150, representing an upside potential of 11.2% from the current level. The analysts pointed out that NVIDIA's Blackwell chip series is already sold out for the next year, driving strong demand for existing products. Management's optimism indicates that NVIDIA is still in the early stages of the artificial intelligence investment cycle, with a positive long-term outlook Morgan Stanley's latest analysis predicts that due to the continuous surge in demand for its GPU chip business, NVIDIA's stock is expected to further rise. Analysts from Morgan Stanley held a three-day meeting this week in New York with NVIDIA's CEO Jensen Huang, CFO Colette Kress, and other members of the chip manufacturer's management team. After the meeting, analysts stated that they saw more signs of sustainable demand, with optimism driving NVIDIA's stock price closer to historical highs and potentially breaking through this level. Morgan Stanley analyst Joseph Moore stated, "Every sign from management indicates that we are still in the early stages of a long-term investment cycle in artificial intelligence." The firm reiterated its "overweight" rating on NVIDIA's stock, with a target price of $150, implying a potential increase of 11.2% from the current level. He pointed out that the stock remains a top pick in the semiconductor sector, noting that NVIDIA is still at the forefront of AI innovation and has opportunities to gain new market share. He expressed strong confidence in NVIDIA's long-term prospects, but considering the current stock price rebound, he expects that a short-term rise will somewhat raise the profit threshold. On the other hand, Moore also mentioned the market's keen interest in the new Blackwell chip series. He stated that production of NVIDIA's next-generation GPU chip Blackwell is "progressing as planned," and supply for the next 12 months is already sold out, meaning customers placing orders now will not receive the goods until the end of 2025. Analysts stated, "This will continue to drive strong short-term demand for existing Hopper architecture products." The meeting clearly indicated that the Blackwell business remains strong and highly forward-looking. According to Moore, there is a new "element" in NVIDIA's story, namely that inference computing "is starting to address more complex problems, which will require a richer hardware combination." The report suggests that this should be a boon for NVIDIA's GPU chip product line. Moore said, "The long-term vision is that every company in the world will be able to hire a large number of 'digital AI employees' capable of performing challenging tasks." "A more thoughtful, task-oriented inference will lead to an exponential increase in inference complexity, which presents us with an important new growth path and another clear area for NVIDIA to increase its competitive advantage," he added. Moore also revealed that NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang has explicitly stated to Morgan Stanley that the company expects meaningful growth in 2025, which will continue into 2026, "although he did not quantify it." ### Related Stocks - [NVDA.US - NVIDIA](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/NVDA.US.md) - [NVDL.US - GraniteShares 2x Long NVDA Daily ETF](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/NVDL.US.md) - [SOXL.US - Direxion Semicon Bull 3X](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/SOXL.US.md) - [SMH.US - VanEck Semiconductor ETF](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/SMH.US.md) ## Related News & Research | Title | Description | URL | |-------|-------------|-----| | NVIDIA’s 13F Bombshell: A New AI Power Trio Emerges | NVIDIA's Q4 2025 13F filing reveals significant shifts in its public equity portfolio, adding Intel, Synopsys, and Nokia | [Link](https://longbridge.com/en/news/276480737.md) | | Prakash Investment Advisors LLC Sells 5,500 Shares of Lam Research Corporation $LRCX | Prakash Investment Advisors LLC has reduced its stake in Lam Research Corporation (NASDAQ:LRCX) by 50.9%, selling 5,500 | [Link](https://longbridge.com/en/news/276445772.md) | | Ballentine Partners LLC Purchases 7,068 Shares of NVIDIA Corporation $NVDA | Ballentine Partners LLC increased its stake in NVIDIA Corporation by 1.5% in Q3, acquiring an additional 7,068 shares, b | [Link](https://longbridge.com/en/news/276430298.md) | | QQQ Just Sent a Chilling Signal — Right Before Nvidia Earnings | QQQ Just Sent a Chilling Signal — Right Before Nvidia Earnings | [Link](https://longbridge.com/en/news/276356115.md) | | Can NVIDIA Maintain its Dominancy Amidst Rising ASIC Competition | NVIDIA faces challenges in China due to regulatory actions affecting its data-center market.
