# NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang: Hoping the company will have 50,000 employees and 100 million AI assistants

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang expressed today that he hopes NVIDIA will deploy 100 million AI assistants in the future to further enhance the company's productivity. He also emphasized that this will not lead to layoffs. In the "Bg 2" podcast released on local Sunday, Jensen Huang said, "I hope that one day NVIDIA will become a company with 50,000 employees and equipped with 100 million AI assistants across all departments of the company." Jensen Huang also envisioned a future where NVIDIA will deploy AI assistants on a large scale in every department of the company to increase output. At that time, AI agents will break down tasks into multiple smaller steps, with each step handling a specific task to achieve broader goals
