# Insiders: Tesla's FSD has not yet been approved in China. Musk once sought to obtain some data

Since the beginning of this year, there have been continuous updates on Tesla's FSD landing in the Chinese market. According to multiple insiders, the Chinese government supports the preliminary testing of some FSD functions under the premise of complying with existing laws and regulations. However, the approval for FSD to enter China has not yet been obtained, and the relevant evaluation work is still ongoing. Musk has applied to the relevant authorities, hoping to obtain some video data for system training and has promised that these data can be rigorously reviewed by the relevant departments
