# Xiaomi responds to "Water purifier labeled capacity does not match actual net water volume": closely related to water temperature and water quality

On October 17th, Mr. Bei, a consumer in Shanghai, reported that the Xiaomi water purifier he purchased two years ago had a claimed water purification capacity of up to 16,000 liters according to the product page and manual. However, in reality, only half of that capacity was used, and the machine was no longer displaying relevant data. On the afternoon of October 18th, Xiaomi's relevant specialist responded that the usage of the composite filter PPC is closely related to water temperature and quality, leading to some differences in machine performance. As for the faucet not displaying data, it is due to the size limitation of the faucet when the composite filter PPC is about to expire, making it unable to display data. The machine's app can be used to view TDS data
