# YADEA launches new electric motorcycle, targeting the blank high-end electric vehicle market

On the evening of October 23rd, YADEA officially launched the electric motorcycle - YADEA Crown Starship S80 at its intelligent production and research base in Jinzhai County, Anhui Province. The model is equipped with the TTFAR high-speed motor, with a top speed of up to 85km/h, paired with a dual-channel valve-type ABS system and seat heating function. In addition, it comes with a standard 12ATTFAR electromagnetic fast charging, which can be fully charged in 4 hours. The overall vehicle has been improved in terms of performance, range, safety, and comfort. It was revealed at the launch event that the flagship version of YADEA Crown Starship S80 is priced starting from 11,999 yuan, while the performance version is priced starting from 6,399 yuan. Dong Kaibo, an electric vehicle observer, mentioned in an interview with China News Service that YADEA had previously focused on the development and sales of low-end electric vehicle products. However, now many companies in the electric vehicle industry have begun to enter the high-end market. YADEA's entry into the high-end electric motorcycle sector is both a bold attempt and fills the gap in its high-end product line.
