# DOYEN INTL HOLD: Dongrui and Shanghai Hongxuan entered into a factoring agreement

According to the announcement from Dongyin International Holdings (00668), on November 7, 2024, its directly wholly-owned subsidiary Dongrui, through Dongying Investment (which owns 77.58% as of the date of this announcement), entered into a factoring agreement with Shanghai Hongxuan. Under this agreement, Dongrui agrees to provide financing for a period of one year from the date of signing the factoring agreement, with a factoring principal amount of RMB 41 million, secured by accounts receivable transferred from Shanghai Hongxuan's factoring clients to Shanghai Hongxuan
