# DOYEN INTL HOLD's subsidiary granted RMB 41 million financing with an annual interest rate of 9.5%

DOYEN INTL HOLD (00668.HK) announced that its joint venture company Dongkui Financing Leasing (Shanghai) has a direct wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongrui, which today (7th) entered into a factoring agreement with Shanghai Hongxuan.

According to the factoring agreement, Dongrui agrees to provide financing for a period of one year from the date of signing the factoring agreement, with a factoring principal amount of RMB 41 million and an annual interest rate of 9.5%, secured by accounts receivable assigned by Shanghai Hongxuan's factoring clients to Shanghai Hongxuan
