# CHINA JINMAO's sales in October fell by 7%

> CHINA JINMAO announced that in October, the contracted sales amount was RMB 11.597 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 7.22%; the contracted sales area was approximately 650,400 square meters, down 1.12%. In the first 10 months of this year, the cumulative contracted sales amount was RMB 75.001 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 38.52%; and the cumulative contracted sales area was approximately 4.1184 million square meters, down 38.99%. 中國金茂 (00817) 公布，10 月取得簽約銷售金額 115.97 億元 (人民幣．下同)，按年減少 7.22%；簽約銷售建築面積約 65.04 萬平方米，下跌 1.12%。

今年首 10 個月，累計取得簽約銷售金額 750.01 億元，按年減少 38.52%；以及累計簽約銷售建築面積約 411.84 萬平方米，下跌 38.99%。
