LANDRICH HLDG (02132.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit of between HKD 2 million and HKD 3 million for the six months ending in September, compared to HKD 17.6 million in the same period last year. The decrease in net profit is attributed to delays in the assessment of site instructions and directives for certain projects, as well as increases in construction and labor costs, resulting in a decline in gross profit margin
