# Zhipu Zhang Peng: GLM-PC, which operates computers like a human, has launched internal testing

> At the Zhipu Agent OpenDay, CEO Daniel Zhang announced the internal testing launch of GLM-PC, a technology based on visual multimodal models, aimed at creating a general agent that can operate computers like a human. Daniel Zhang also introduced the progress of AutoGLM, which can autonomously perform long-step operations exceeding 50 steps and supports cross-application tasks and a driverless internet experience

At the Zhipu Agent Open Day, CEO Zhang Peng delivered a speech titled "Agents Allow Large Models to Move from Chat to Act." He stated that as one of the earliest large model companies to explore Agents, Zhipu has made several new advancements. AutoGLM can autonomously execute long-step operations of over 50 steps and can perform tasks across apps; AutoGLM has launched a "fully automated" internet experience, supporting driverless operation on dozens of websites. During the event, Zhang Peng announced the internal testing of GLM-PC, which operates computers like a human and explores the technology of a general Agent based on visual multimodal models.
