# HN PEARL RIVER plans to transfer 10.96% equity of Longjinbao Company to exit non-core business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HN PEARL RIVER (000505.SZ) announced that the company will further focus on its main business, continuously optimize and dispose of non-core businesses and assets to improve development quality. On December 10, 2024, the company signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Beijing WanFa HengXing Trading Co., Ltd. ("WanFa HengXing") to transfer 10.9589% of its equity in Chongqing Longjinbao Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longjinbao Company") to WanFa HengXing for a price of 20 million yuan, achieving an exit from non-main business. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in Longjinbao Company
