# LabTech: Re-recognition as a High-tech Enterprise

LabTech announced that the company recently received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, and the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China, with certificate number: GR202411001099, issued on October 29, 2024, and valid for three years. This recognition is a re-evaluation conducted after the expiration of the company's original high-tech enterprise certificate. According to relevant regulations, the company will enjoy the national tax preferential policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years starting from the year it passes the high-tech enterprise recognition, which means paying corporate income tax at a rate of 15%. This matter does not affect the corporate income tax preferential policies currently applicable to the company and will not have a significant impact on the company's operating performance
