# MERCURY spent CNY 50.0194 million to complete the repurchase of 1.4% of its shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, MERCURY (603365.SH) stated that on December 17, 2024, the repurchase period has expired, and the company has completed the repurchase according to the plan. A total of 3.6701 million shares were repurchased, accounting for 1.4% of the company's total share capital. The highest repurchase price was RMB 16.17 per share, the lowest repurchase price was RMB 11.36 per share, the average repurchase price was RMB 13.63 per share, and the total amount of funds used was RMB 50.0194 million (excluding stamp duty and transaction commissions)
