# HSTD won the bid for the hotel construction project for approximately 165 million yuan

According to the announcement from the Zhitong Finance APP, Huangshan Tourism (600054.SH) disclosed the progress of participating in the judicial auction for the bidding of hotel construction projects. It stated that based on the "Confirmation of Successful Online Bidding" published on the Taobao judicial auction online platform on December 17, 2024, the company successfully bid approximately 165 million yuan to acquire the construction project of 29 units in Building 1 of Ligang Shangongguan, No. 12 Binhai East Road, Tunxi District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province (including the corresponding basement). The company will handle the relevant procedures in accordance with the "Confirmation of Successful Online Bidding" and the requirements of the "Bidding Instructions" and "Bidding Announcement" for the judicial auction of the target assets, with the final transaction of the target assets subject to the auction transaction ruling issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Huangshan City, Anhui Province
